As my 39th birthday nears, I found myself reflecting on the road ahead—what do I want my 40s to look like? What should I focus on before stepping into this next chapter?

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to experience opportunities, challenges, triumphs, and lessons that have shaped me. I’ve come to understand that while I’ve walked certain paths, others are just beginning theirs. By sharing my journey—the highs, the hardships, and everything in between—I hope to offer guidance, perspective, or simply the reassurance that no one is alone in their process.

This journey to 40 is no different. Documenting it keeps me accountable, propels me forward, and gives me space to reflect—both publicly and privately. My hope is that my stories spark new ideas, offer encouragement, or at the very least, bring a little entertainment.
